David Morris, CEO

David Morris CEO

Prior to joining Smart Lunches, David served as CEO of nCourt LLC, the leading provider of traffic court ecommerce services in the country. He managed the company from 2007 to 2014, growing it from 5 employees serving 100 courts to 85 employees serving more than 2,000 courts across the country. Read more... nCourt was successfully acquired by Mainsail Partners in late 2013. Prior to joining nCourt, David managed a human resources consulting business based in Washington DC, CLC Solutions. Former roles have included serving as Director of Strategy and Planning for Sprint Corporation’s $11B Consumer Division and several years as an investment banker, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. David holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English Literature from Grinnell College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Johanna Power, CFO

Johanna Power CFO

Johanna Power is the Chief Financial Officer for Smart Lunches. Prior to working for Smart Lunches, Johanna was the Vice President, Controller & Principal Accounting Officer for Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded company. She received her degree in Accounting from Boston College.

Derren Spring-Connell VP of Operations

Prior to taking on his Smart Lunches role, Derren served as VP of Operations at nCourt LLC. He scaled the operations during its critical 2008-2014 growth period, delivering steady improvements in customer service and payment accuracy while also supporting more than 50% annual revenue growth. Chef Matt Camp, VP of Culinary & Catering

Chef Matt Camp VP of Culinary & Catering

Matt is a trained chef and a 25 year veteran of the industry, who brings a vast array of expertise to Smart Lunches. He attended the Culinary Institute of America, where he obtained his culinary arts and hotel-restaurant management degrees. Read more... Matt has a large number of resources in regards to operations, training and R&D, consulting and team building. Chef Camp is focused on bringing a strong culinary presence to Smart Lunches and is dedicated to providing great menus for our customers.

David Keim, VP of Partner Relations

David Keim VP of Partner Relations

David is a performance-driven sales leader with more than 15 years of demonstrated excellence in building and directing high performance sales teams. David has extensive experience with both B2B and Business to Government sales. David previously served as VP Sales & Marketing at nCourt where he led a team that achieved greater than 50% year over year revenue growth during his entire tenure. Read more... nCourt was acquired by private equity interests in late 2013. Most recently David served as Sr.Regional Sales Director for Navient’s Government Solutions line of business. Prior positions also include VP Sales at ICM Corporation, VP Sales eCom Solutions, and Director of Business development for Applied Systems Intelligence.

Kate Marsh, Director of Support

Kate Marsh joined Smart Lunches as a customer and partner relations associate in 2013. She now serves as the Director of Support, managing customer and partner school/camp support. Before joining Smart Lunches, Kate was employed as a psychometrician working under a neuropsychologist. Read more... Lesli Amos, Director of Marketing

Lesli Amos Director of Marketing

Originally hailing from the Midwest, Lesli joined Smart Lunches in November of 2014. She currently manages customer communication, outreach and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Smart Lunches, she was Senior Marketing Manager for TeenLife, a digital and printed media company for teens and their parents. Read more... A graduate of Boston College High School and the College of Charleston, Jason Smith has spent the last 20 years in the transportation and logistics field, honing his craft and building up the departments at Spring Air International, Omni Logistics and LSG Skychefs. Pat has spent a good part of her career working in accounting and finance roles for a variety of organizations. She has served as Controller of the US and Canadian subsidiary companies of a Switzerland Pharmaceutical and for The Skating Club of Boston. Read more... Pat has performed market research and analysis and financial modeling & forecasting for a start-up business to serve as the New England area developer of the food Franchise Jamba Juice. Pat has a CPA, a graduate degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a BSA in Accounting from the University of Denver. She is a self-proclaimed foodie!
